USL SD CHAPTER 8TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNEMENT

The San Diego Chapter of US Lacrosse invites you to come out and enjoy a day on the course. Join lacrosse enthusiasts in support of San Diego lacrosse.
Build a foursome or sign up as a single. All are welcome.

Each participant receives a round of golf, cart, gift bag, pre-event range time,
On-course beverages, and a post tournament buffet dinner. There will be prizes for the longest drive (2), as well as closest to the pin (2)! We will also have a post round 50/50 putting event. And of course, prizes for the best dressed team (male & female).

Individuals or foursomes need only complete the registration information on the opposite side and mail it along with payment to the Chapter address listed.
