USL SD CHAPTER 7TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNEMENT

The San Diego Chapter of US Lacrosse invites you to come out and enjoy a day on the course. Join lacrosse enthusiasts from San Diego in support of your local chapter and your favorite local program*. Build a foursome (they don’t have to be a USL member, nor a golfer) or sign up as a single.

Each participant receives a round of golf, cart, gift bag, pre-event range time,
on course beverages, and a post tournament dinner. There will be prizes for the longest drive (2) as well as closest to the pin (2)! We will also have a post round 50/50 putting event.

Individuals or foursomes need only complete the registration information on the opposite side and mail it along with payment to the Chapter address listed.
