Position Description: Foothill's Christian High School is looking for a solid man of character with advanced lacrosse experience to help mold young men and players into a force to be reckoned with. Foothills will be entering its third year of varsity play, and for the first time we will be playing with juniors and seniors. We have some dedicated boys who have been playing in the Starz club league and who could be all-league material this season.
Foothills plays in the Grossmont League in San Diego's East County. We are in a unique situation, as we have approximately 100 young men at the school (total pop. 230) and play public schools with male populations of 1,000 to 2,000. Do you like a challenge? Francis Parker has openings for a head coach and assistant coach for the
middle school program. Francis Parker is a private co-educational college
preparatory school with a strong academic and athletic record. The lacrosse
program is an established competitive program in the San Diego CIF Coastal
Conference. The ideal candidates should have college playing experience and
prior coaching experience. Strong player development, communication and
organizational skills are necessary as well as a general positive attitude
and enthusiasm for the sport and the team. Candidates must be willing to
devote 3-5 days per week from January through May, 2008. The coaches are
well supported by the school and by an active parents¹ organization and are
able to focus on player development, practices and games. All coaching

El Capitan High school is looking for a candidate who has experience coaching and playing the game of lacrosse. We are willing to give the proper candidate the opportunity to begin his or her coaching career. Our coach should be able to teach the fundamentals (stick skills, shooting, passing) and offensive and defensive strategies. The candidate should be willing to start from new beginnings JV level 2008, Varsity and JV 2009 and build our program at our school and in our community. We are a first year high school program following in the footsteps of a middle school program started in 2007.
